This special Chanukah session is open to all ages — from 5 to 85 — and designed especially for beginners. In fact, more than 95% of our participants have never welded or cut metal before, and every single one leaves amazed by what they’ve created. You’ll learn safe, hands-on techniques in MIG welding, plasma cutting, bending, grinding, rusting, and patinas as you craft beautiful, valuable metal art pieces — perfect for your own home or as meaningful holiday gifts.
This is the class so many in the JC3 community have been talking about, a chance to experience the joy of creation in a welcoming, inspiring setting. We’ll pause midday for a delicious included lunch, giving you time to relax, connect, and recharge.

Every registration helps make a difference: through the Van Doren Metal Art Children’s Art Program, a portion of each enrollment sponsors a local campo or colonia child to attend a free metal-art class at our studio.
Cost for for an all inclusive one day session is typically 4500MX, but we are giving the JC3 a special discount so for this session is is only $3900MX per person.That includes all materials, metal and otherwise, a gourmet lunch in the middle of the day and of course your own piece of art to take from the workshop.
