Saturday, Dec. 28
· 9-12:15 Full Shabbat Shacharit/ Morning Service
· 12:30-1:30 Community Kiddush Luncheon (please bring vegetarian or dairy food to share)
· Birkat Ha-mazon with zemirot /singing
· 1:30-3:30 Torah Discussion Groups (Dan Lessner will lead the Spanish-language group;volunteer-led English-language group.)
· 3-4 Minchah/ Afternoon Service for Shabbat (with Torah reading)
· Free time for "Shabbos shluff" or to enjoy SMA
· 6:00 Seudah shelishit (afternoon snack)
· 7:00 Havdalah followed by Menorah lighting (Day 4 of Chanukah)
· 7:30-8 Weekday Arvit/Evening Service
· 8-10 (or later) "Melaveh Malka"/ Party to say goodbye to the "Shabbat Queen"
Sunday, Dec. 29
· 9–10:15 Weekday Shacharit/Morning Service
· 10:15-11 Continental Breakfast
· 11-12 Talk on "The Miracle(s) of Chanukah" in Spanish (English translation as needed)

· 12-3 Rest
· 2 Setup – Volunteers welcome
· 3-4 Let the party begin
· Bartender for adults, latkes for all, and gamesand "Make Your Own Chanukah Headband" for children and youth: dreidel, board games, and storytelling.
· 3:45 Mario's duet gets ready with The Story of Hanuka and Ocho Kandelikas sing along.
· 4-5 Spicy Jewish Music. Sephardic from around the world with a touch a spicy Mexican Music. Mario Moya and Malki Ramos.
· 5-6 Klezmer music by members of the Hot Tamales
· 6:15 Candelighting
Please bring:
o Vegetarian or dairy food to share
o Your own chanukiot (menorahs) and candles/oil to light
o Canned or dried food (rice, beans, pasta...) for our "Mitzvah Menorah" (to be donated to charity after the party.
