Leonard Cohen was among the great poets and songwriters of our age. His work explored religion, politics, isolation, sexuality and personal relationships. He has been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, & Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

Bruce Sarbit delves into one man’s existential search for national, individual, and spiritual identity. Sarbit examines stories of lives worth living in the face of limitations, alienation, absurdity, suffering, and death. The poetry and songs of Leonard Cohen inspire, inform, and guide his work.
