Rabbi Aaron is looking forward to seeing all of you at this next class where he will lead a Tu Bi Shvat Seder, talk about the meaning of what's also known as Jewish Arbor Day, while we will enjoy a kabbalistic seder of fruits of the vine, tree and palm native to Israeli, and Mexican trees!
Rabbi Aaron will teach about how Tu BiSh'vat celebrates the wondrous natural world around us. He will share with us how in the Jewish mystical tradition the image of the tree became a metaphor for the cosmic source that connects all life as well as our own role in healing ourselves and one another. This year especially, we will express our hopes, dreams, and aspirations for reconciliation and peace!
Rabbi Aaron brings his extensive experience as a community leader to bring spirituality, learning and joy to Jewish life and celebration.
