In Italy, popular and delicious summer fare is uncooked tomato sauces called Salsa de Pomodoro. What could be more refreshing for a quick lunch or dinner? Just toss some hot pasta into a room-temperature sauce made with chopped raw ingredients, herbs, a good olive oil, and some aromatics.
Class Description:
In this class, we will utilize our knife skills to chop, dice, julienne, and chiffonade our way to 3 delicious, quick pasta dishes: Springtime Pasta with Farfalle, Fresh Tomato and Tuna Penne, and Anchovy, Red Pepper and Caper Spaghetti, to share with a green salad and crusty bread in a group meal at the end of the class.
Please bring an apron and at least one knife you are comfortable using to the class session.
