All members are invited to attend the JC3 / CHESMA Annual Meeting, where we will review the past year, vote on Board leadership, and vote on proposed updates to the CHESMA bylaws.
Members will receive their voting ballot by email on March 16. Please check your email, review the proposed bylaws and be sure to vote.

PROPOSED SLATE OF OFFICERS
President — Kayla Siegel Fine
Vice President — Henri Moyal
Secretary — Elliot Alan Fine
Treasurer — Gerardo Schwarz
The Board is recommending revisions to the CHESMA bylaws to strengthen governance and support the continued growth of the organization.
Members are encouraged to review the proposed changes before the meeting.
A vote on adoption of the revised bylaws will take place during the Annual Meeting.

ELECTION INFORMATION
The 2026 Board election begins by email on March 16, 2026 and voting will also take place in person at the Annual Meeting.
Members may vote as soon as they receive their ballot by email, or in person at the meeting.
We encourage members to attend the meeting to hear about JC3 / CHESMA’s achievements over the past year and plans for the future, even if they choose to vote in advance.
The meeting will also be broadcast on Zoom. Please contact the office for access details.
VOTING DETAILS
Members will receive a ballot by email on or before March 16.
Please vote only once, even if you receive more than one ballot email. Additional votes will not be counted.
Voting rights:
Individual membership — 1 vote
Family membership — 2 votes per household
Your vote helps ensure we reach the 33% quorum required for the election to be valid.
