Cooking Class: Sushi/ Maki
You don't have to be a Sushi Master to make Sushi at home. All you need is a good sushi rice recipe, reasonable dexterity, and a few essential Asian pantry items.
Maki is a specific type of sushi characterized by rice and fillings wrapped in seaweed (nori) into a cylinder and sliced, making it a "rolled" sushi. Sushi is the broader, encompassing category of any dish featuring vinegared rice. While all maki is sushi, not all sushi (e.g., nigiri, sashimi) is maki.
