In 1943, Sophie Scholl, a young German college student was executed for her anti Nazi activities. From “the beyond” Sophie speaks, sharing her thoughts of that last fatal day. From thoughts about Ruth, her best friend, a Jew to what led up to the horrific action about to take place. Has Sophie somehow betrayed her best friend? What about their fellow White Rose member Christoph Probst? We hear these stories through Sophie’s reflections on the past.
