A discussion group founded by Ed Wohlrab with Arturo Kalfus is meeting these days in the comfort of the JC3 air-conditioned space.  Each Tuesday a volunteer facilitator introduces a thought-provoking topic with the intention of generating respectful and illuminating conversation. Join us over cookies, coffee or tea to meet and connect with neighbors and friends. We do ask that participants avoid political topics. To date topics of discussion have included philosophical and sociological discussions of happiness, courage and giving back to our communities.

This week’s discussion on Time will be facilitated by Kayla Fine.

Kayla has always both struggled and been fascinated with the limits and mutability of time. She will kick off the discussion by introducing themes and questions from her own life, and from philosopher, writers, religions, musicians and scientists. She is hoping for a rich conversation that will enlighten and intrigue.
