SMA Single Senior Support Invites You Join Us at the JC3!

Grief counselor Pat Scott will be presenting: A Talk on Understanding Grief Why does it hurt so much to lose someone you love? What happens in your brain as it tries to cope? What happens to our bodies as we go through the grieving process? How can we come to understand grief to help ourselves navigate this lonely landscape?

This talk is open to everyone in San Miguel and is free of charge. Please do join us if this could support you. 

A small weekly grief group will be forming at the JC3, available to members of SMA Single Senior Support, once Pat shares the overview in next week's meeting. If you know single seniors who could use this support, please do invite them to join us.
