The Gondar Jewish Community of Ethiopia presented by Jeff and Sylvie Curtis

The Jews of Ethiopia, descending from King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba, once ruled the land. Today, around 14,000 remain in Ethiopia, forgotten by the world, living in extreme poverty and praying for Aliyah. Jeff and Sylvie Curtis spent three months with the Gondar Jewish Community, and will talk about its origins, way of life, and its fight to survive.
