After a brief insight into the history of forgery, Bea will share with you the life and work of master forger David Stein, 1935 - 1999, the James Bond of art forgery!

From 1964 to 1968, Stein sold about 2,000,000 US$ worth of fakes, which today would be the equivalent to about 14,580,000 US$!! He could turn out a bogus Chagall in less than an hour!

We’ll meet his wife Anne Marie, who became his accomplice, and follow the tow lover birds in their James Bond like life.

We shall travel to the French Riviera, to St Paul de Vence, to Monte Carlo, to Biarritz, to Switzerland, to Milan Venice, Rome, Vienna, Munich to Canada and the USA!
